The Graphic Designer works in the Creative department of Houston’s First alongside other creatives and takes direction from the Design Manager. The Graphic Designer is required to have an education in graphic design showing strong skills in branding, page layout, color, typography, and written communication, and with an up-to-date knowledge of current software and production methods.

The Front Desk Manager oversees the daily operations, staff supervision, and member services of the Fitness Center and recreation facilities to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include managing staffing, training, compliance, facility upkeep, financial tracking, and supporting recreation programs, events, and ministry activities. The role also collaborates with leadership and staff to improve operations, enhance member experiences, and support the overall mission of the organization through fitness and recreation initiatives.

The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all Production aspects at the Cypress Campus and will report to the Cypress Production Director. They will be committed to and embody the HFBC staff values to be Godly, Effective, and Excellent in every part of their work. The Production Associate will assist the Production Director to cover a broad range of responsibilities including running events, coordinating volunteers, equipment maintenance and repair, strategic planning and training volunteers. They will need to understand and embrace when they are serving in a Leader role or as a Helper role.

Through individual, family, and group therapy, this role supports caregivers and children as they navigate complex relational experiences. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the therapist helps create individualized treatment plans that honor each family’s story and foster opportunities for deep healing and connection.

Student Ministry Associate would work alongside the Student Ministry Staff to disciple, lead, and grow students and families closer to Jesus at Houston’s First. They would coordinate weekly and on-going programming for Middle School and High School students. This person would work on day-to-day ministry objectives such as communicate with students, build relationships with leaders, and partner with student families. This role will also coordinate Girls Ministry specific programming, discipleship, and events with other Student Ministry staff members and their spouse’s.

This position will have a start date no sooner than April 1, 2026. However, we will be accepting resumes of those who may be interested.
